We also understand that the Guest fee includes admittance to all sessions, 2 luncheons, 2 continental breakfasts, 1 buffet breakfast, 1 guest tour, refreshment breaks and reception. Guest registration is necessary to attend one or all of these events and must be received prior to the meeting to ensure space.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
The Mirage requires a first nights deposit of suite and applicable tax charges, to guarantee accommodations.
Room cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Hotel check in time is 3:00 pm. Only reservations made by June 29, 2012, are offered at this special rate and space is limited.
