We also understand that the spouse fee includes admittance to all sessions, 2 luncheons, 2 continental breakfasts, 1 buffet breakfast, 1 spouse tour, refreshment breaks and reception. Spouse registration is necessary to attend one or all of these events and must be received prior to the meeting to ensure space.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
The Palazzo requires a first night deposit of suite and applicable tax charges, to guarantee accommodations. Room cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Hotel check in time is 3:00 pm. Only reservations made by July 5, 2010, are offered at this special rate and space is limited.

Cancellations and Substitutions:
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a substitute. Or, if you cancel in writing by Friday, June 4, 2010, you may get a full refund. After that date, there is no refund, but you may use your registration fee at any future Directors’ Convention. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full conference fee.
